Rooms have been booked at a wide range of hotels for the delegates of the IASPEI 2009 General Assembly. The majority of these hotels are within Cape Town and are very close proximity to the CTICC. The prices for the hotels range from R870 - R3000 per night including breakfast and taxes. In addition we can offer sharing rooms accommodation at a lower price.
Since the IASPEI 2009 General Assembly will be held during the peak tourist season in Cape Town, we would recommend booking hotel rooms as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
All prices are subject to change.
When making your hotel reservation we require payment of a hotel deposit for the first night in order to guarantee the room in case of late arrival. This will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. If you do not check in on expected day of arrival, your hotel room will be cancelled the next morning no later than 07h00 and the deposit will be used to cover this no-show.
Please see below for rates at each hotel. All rates are in South African Rand per night per room and include breakfast and taxes. All prices are per August 2007.
